Elkhorn Crossing School was proud to host the First Lady of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Britainy Beshear. She visited to learn more about Jobs for America’s Graduates, participated in a financial literacy activity with the students, and spoke about her platform to help feed children in Kentucky outside of school hours.  The students then led her on a tour of Elkhorn Crossing, highlighting the career offerings and village concept that make ECS unique.  We are grateful to Lady Beshear for sharing her encouraging words with these amazing JAG KY students.
