Career Preparation
Career Preparation provides members with the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills required for interviews in a selected career. This event aims to inspire NCA members to be proactive in a career field and gain confidence in speaking about why the career is the right career fit for them.

Employability Skills

The Employability Skills event requires competitors to prepare a cover letter and a resume and participate in an employment interview with one or more judges. The event aims to inspire members to learn more about a traditional in-person application for employment.

Financial Literacy
The Financial Literacy event consists of 50 questions to demonstrate the skills the students have developed related to financial literacy that could include: money management, budgeting, saving, borrowing, building credit, setting goals, investing, and financial internet safety.
