WHAT: 

She does a tremendous job with being a leader, mentor, and effective communicator. Because of her tireless efforts and compassion, currently they have a waiting list at their school . This is a testament to her purpose, initiative, and being proactive to help better serve her students.


WHY:   

She is remarkable! Her effort, commitment and dedication never waver. She has built an outstanding program at Morgan County. She has developed a strong pipeline within the community. She has a tremendous relationship with her students. She epitomizes what it truly means to be selfless. She always strives for greatness and never accepts mediocrity.

Pashia Spalding    

WHERE:
Family Care Center

WHAT: 
Pashia caters the curriculum so that she is able to reach each girl in her class. She meets the students where they are, even in figuring out how to translate assignments and conversations. 


WHY:   
She easily builds rapport with each of her students and makes each student feel uniquely special.

Bridget Merriman    

WHERE:
Casey County High School

WHAT: 
Assists students with job application. Encourages and assists students in applying for scholarships. Makes the classroom fun using student created materials such as her scrum board. Attends extra curricular activities.

WHY:   
She has built great rapport with her students. She mentors with great compassion and sincerity, which enables students to feel safe and communicate. She shows she is great at what she does by combining her bright personality with excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
